Jill Shaver-Hunter

Jill Shaver-Hunter is a Back Mountain agent specializing in foreclosures and short sales. Ms. Shaver began selling real estate in 2004 in our office close to her home. Ms. Shaver enjoys raising her five children in the Back Mountain and is a descendant to Phillip Shaver, founder of Shavertown. Growing up with seven brothers and sisters, many of them involved in the family business of Shaver Electric, she quickly learned negotiating skills and the value and rewards of hard work.

In turning the foreclosed properties back over to the community, Jill has developed an intimate knowledge of what it takes to work a transaction through with a bank and she would like to share this knowledge with home owners that may currently be in a distressed situation. “There are many options available and the homeowner does not want to delay making a decision as to whether it is best to hold on to the home or let it go and sell it.”
